Reflection

Lessons learned:

 I found out that coaching is a lot more challenging than most people think, especially when it is mostly children. I found out that my leadership style isn’t same as other leadership styles and I believe that is a good thing because I also learned that every person responds differently to styles of leadership and coaching. I grew in the way that I was able to expand my knowledge on coaching and that I was able to see how the different leadership styles I was using was affecting the children.

Future Plans: This project will have a huge impact on how I carry out future projects. The main thing I learned about this project is that you can never be too prepared. I thought that I had spent plenty of time on the project and that I had everything all wrinkled out. There were situations that came up that I wasn’t prepare for that could’ve made the camp flow a lot smoother. If I were to do this again I would spend more time to prepare and gather more people to help with the camp.
